The family suite was really big and comfortable. The standard double room was a bit small though similar as with other hotel rooms in Europe. Little space to open luggages. Location is great, with a good bakeshop beside it. A few mins walk to the Opera and the pedestrian area.

Bed was comfy, stuff is very friendly. The option to leave luggage before checking is very helpful. Access to drinking water/tea/coffee all the time. I really enjoyed sauna, it was so relaxing after freezing Vienna weather. The organic breakfast is highly recommended, it’s a bit pricey but worth it. The products are tasty, organic and high quality. Overall Spiess&spies exceeded my expectation!
