The staff was great, especially Alex from Uganda. Noor, from the front reception, was also really polite, there was another man, who upgraded my room to a balcony room, but his name slipped my mind. The staff at the restaurant was attentive and very welcoming. The decor of the Ramadan iftar was beautiful! The food was delicious. My children enjoyed it. We LOVED the tiny kitchen, and the sauna and steam room were the best. Also, the staff brought me an extra gown, pillows and milk when I requested it. The location is perfect! No traffic, walking distance to a mall and various shops. Close to the beach and 5-7 minutes away from Fujairah Adventure Park.

The staff who checked us in Abdullah and until check-out had taken extra care of us and all the front desk with other hotel staff were very helpful.

The City Tower Hotel is situated in the middle of Fujairah city within a short driving distance from beach. It offers free usage of swimming pool, sauna, steam, Jacuzzi and gym (separate for ladies and gents). I liked the location of the hotel…..and they have a good reception staff
