Room is very excellent and clean, all we needed and expected to be in a room are all there. STAFF ARE AMAZING!! Definitely going back soon.

He also upgraded our room, which is so generous of him !! This kind of attitude differentiates a regular from 5* hotel. It was a real pleasure to stay there.

The staff was amazing, especially Nancy in the reception, very smart and professional, she did a great job and she helped us in the early check in when I required.
