There was a mix-up with the room that we reserved, but the staff in the hotel did so much to help out, from getting us a better room, to making up our room twice in a day, to reimbursing us for parking. Couldn't have asked for better service. Lovely room, lovely views, excellent location.

Pretty much everything parking was easy and it was a great place to stay centrally located to where we were going.

From the staff to the room to the bar and to the restaurant, superb service. A number of the staff have worked for this hotel for over 35 years. THIS says it all. Turnover is huge in this business, so the private owners are doing something right and special. EVERY guest benefits from the same respectful treatment of a good employer.

I loved Gladys! Thank you so much for upgrading us and being the most delightful person to greet us on our arrival. We had a lovely stay in the big room with the lovely bed and everything was so nice. We had tea brought up to us and the staff was very helpful. Would stay here again if I come to Seattle again for sure.
