Room size was larger than expected and extremely clean. From the moment you walk into the hotel you are greeted with a smile and can see that they take pride in the hotel - absolutely amazing! Free shuttle service to the airport - absolutely amazing and hassle free! Have stayed at other more expensive hotels in Syracuse and this one is by far the best and cheaper!!! an absolute gem of a hotel and will ALWAYS return here when travelling to Syracuse.

I had classic salmon platter - delicious! My husband said the garbage plate was also good! Overall my review is outstanding for the hotel staff most especially April! She was the most hospitable, kindest and knowledgeable staff! All of the staff so far are very accommodating! The hotel room is so nice, very clean and amenities are updated!! Very highly recommended!!

Wonderful equipment for the price. We really enjoyed it. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and pleasant staff. Great breakfast with waffles that we prepared by ourselves.
