Housekeeping ok; but not as friendly; though guessing as they no not a word of English. I like the hotel; the location, and those that run the place. We were here right after Russia bombed the Lutsk City.
Hotel was on autonomous electricity supply unlike the rest of the city.
There were no water in the whole city but staff provided us with big bottles of water and also small bottles with hot water.
Kitchen was absolutely delicious that was just heroic understanding under what conditions they had to work that day.
Water appeared again in the night so we got a chance to wash up in the morning.
The hotel staff was absolutely brilliant providing great support in difficult situation.
Just perfect!
