Coming back here after a looooong time, knowing services here are peak level. Taking in consideration everything was perfect (i.e. the staff is doing a perfect job), I'd like to emphasize the level of service of the reception. Both ladies were more than helpful kind and supportive, it was quite a pleasure. Restaurant offers a diverse menu a la carte and the breakfast was spot-on! (I actually took two "trips" to the buffet in one go :D ) Great view from the balcony too!

Pensiunea Melisa offers accommodation in a tranquil area of Tulcea, 900 metres from the touristic port. Each room is fitted with a TV with cable channels, a fridge and air conditioning.
