Very good location, the apartment was a big and very comfortable. 5 min of walk to the beach, the supermarket is the same building. Highly recommend!

Impressive what was put into a small facility. Inclusive of gowns, slippers, amenities and a complimentary bottle of wine. The visitor’s lounge was lovely and the decor very interesting.

The Hotel Bocage is situated just 200 metres from Setúbal’s central Praça do Bocage Square and a 2-minute walk from the harbour which connects with Tróia.

During the day we took the time exploring the hidden beaches in Setubal (Praia de Galapinhos is highly recommended), so evening was spent exploring this unique historical property that extends back to the period of Islamic occupation. What a fabulous experience being able to stay in the convent and wander about the castle. One of our favorite stays in Portugal.
