Receptionists were very helpful, answered all of our questions and made us feel welcomed! The room was stylish, exceptionally clean and well equipped. We even had complimentary champagne in the room! That was really a surprise. The room had balcony with magnificent view to the lava pools and ocean, we saw the sunset from there as well. It was so nice to fall asleep when listening the ocean waves. And the breakfast was just superb! Large variety of fresh dishes and fruits. Whenever visiting Madeira again, we will definitely come back! :) It was the best accommodation we had during the week (stayed in 5 different places).

Really nice hotel in a central location of Porto Moniz and has a small parking lot (probably gets busy quick in high season but there is paid lots nearby for 5 Euros a day). The pool on the top of the roof is lovely and has an amazing view. The room was really modern, with a balcony over looking the water and really clean. The breakfast was really nice. The staff was awesome, especially the woman who gave us our welcome drink and was working during breakfast. They also gave everyone a free bottle of sparkling wine on the first night.

With ocean views, Hotel Euro Moniz is only 100 metres from the pools in Porto Moniz. All Euro Moniz’s rooms have a cable TV and a bathroom with a bathtub or a shower. Some rooms feature balconies.

So close to incredible swimming areas. I had a beautiful natural swimming pool to myself for a morning swim, just me and some curious fish.

Solar da Bica is a cosy and tranquil retreat. This comfortable guest house faces the mountains and has green natural surroundings. The Solar features accommodation in rooms and an apartment.

Loved Solar da Bica. The staff there are wonderful, the room was great. The breakfast was excellent, and I liked that they changed things up a little every morning. The sauna and pool was a real treat after a long day hiking. We also loved the little tuck shop in the reception where you could buy beers!

Really good ambiance. Comfortable room and beds. Beautiful sightings from the rooms, decks and restaurants. Breakfast is really good! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean! You can get towels for the pool for free every day.

The accommodation has basic things you need, but it is enough. We stayed there 7 nights and we loved it. Frederic is one of the nicest hosts I have ever met. The bathroom is cleaned every day. The room is big enough and the bed is comfortable. We had a nice and pleasant stay 😊

The location was fantastic, the rooms were a good size and well maintained, the breakfast buffet was fantastic, the facilities were great and the staff were friendly. There was nothing not to like!
