What is not to like as everything good for us. Clean indoor and outdoor pools Sauna's and jacuzzi in the indoor pool, sunlounges at both yo relax. Although we were a couple, there were other outdoor activities such as you could play crazy golf and things for the family. Well kept gardens and surrounds Credit to the greenkeepers Outside seating to relax Breakfast continental and would say average - no English tea !! Our room was nice and spacious And cleaned daily - plus change of towels .... only thing, no fridge or safe Plus, tv had Polish channels only !! Staff Excellent from reception table to waiting staff Although we were English, most of the staff understood a little, and we got by We also noticed it was pet friendly.

Restaurant staff nice but late on service very often (leave you waiting to order for 5+minutes regularly after you clearly chose your meal and closed the menu) One sauna was out of order and given the size of the hotel and the size of the saunas, the one working was packed with people in swimsuits. They rent good ebikes. To hotel: get the other sauna fixed, make people not wear swimsuits to sauna (it stinks) please and the restaurant staff quicker to check on customers (they are reqlly nice, just not attentive enough to notice) and all will be nice. Reception staff were all awesome, nice and helpful:)

Beautiful bedrooms each having its own theme. High quality furnishings, with exquisite handmade wallpapers. Great thought has gone into the overall Victorian impression. it really is a boutique hotel. The food- breakfast were wonderfully displayed various meats and cheeses, salads , juices, breads. In addition there were changes each morning of fresh sweet pancakes. In the London restaurant, where we ate each night. The menus was in Polish and English. The food was of high quality. For the restaurant you can dine inside or on the sun terrace. Really nice garden and terrace with seating and sun beds. Excellent parking on site. Situation-of the hotel could not have been better, opposite a beautiful park area and central for the Spa town amenities. The owners spoke very good English. They were delightfully helpful, throughout our stay. We highly recommend this hotel.
