We stayed here for 5 nights at new year. The room was spotlessly clean, the beds were cosy and comfy, there was stacks of hot water and a huge shower. We woke up to the sound of birds singing - zero city sounds. The breakfast was super - fruit, cereal (including a local gluten free option), eggs, cheese, ham, olives, yogurt and plenty of teas & coffee. The staff were smiley and helpful. Highly recommend this place. They also let us store our baggage.

If you have any wish or problem he will gladly help you and offer solutions aswell as give you great tipps of what to do in the city of arequipa and show you the way on a little city map Also you get the option of having your clothes cleaned if needed (super fast). Lovely hotel in a quiet location 15 mins walk into the centre. Lovely pool and grounds it's a bit cold in pool but had a good swim. Grounds are gorgeous and the resident Galapagos Tortoise and Llamas make a interesting addition. The room was super comfortable with a fab bed. The great thing are all the staff every single one speaks to you and smiles such very nice people.
