Bluestone on George is a wonderful place to stay. Really beautiful and very nurturing and quiet. In easy walking distance to cafes, shops and the city centre of Dunedin so was a perfect location. Was also really well equipped! Thank you for a very special stay!

The room was very clean, spacious, comfortable and smelled really good. We enjoyed the fluffy towels heated by the towel rack. Kevin provided a map with directions to the sights we might like to see as well as nearby restaurants. It was a very good experience all around.

    Our room was lovely and clean. We were upgraded free of charge to a superior suite which was nice, only downside was the bed configuration as we had asked for 2 singles and a double in our original booking of a standard queen suite, in the superior suite 2 of us had to share a bed.Other than that it was great, rooms are warm and clean. Great facilities.

    We were able to relax completely after day surgery rather than rush back to Oamaru. This means healing has already begun. Great quiet unit and superbly comfortable bed. Lovely view of the moon too. Bonus!

    Lovely room with comfy bed and plenty of space. The hotel staff were excellent. They gave us a bottle of wine for our anniversary which was so kind. There was free onsite parking underground also. They also provide a free pass to the salt water pool which was amazing! Location is fabulous.
