We checked in very late, at 2 am. The staff was considerate and let us check out later than noon. There was 24-hour food ordering for room service. The bed was so comfortable. The aircon was cool enough. The hotel was conveniently located, only 4 minute walk to Queensbay Mall.

Needed a room close to the airport because of a very late arrival. Check-in was swift and the room was perfect. The layout of the bathroom is well done. Breakfast was very good and all the staff was very helpful

We stayed with our family of 2 teenagers and enjoyed exploring Penang together. My father in law was from George Town so staying in Seven Terraces brings us closer to the culture at a time. Location is amazing right in the centre and bustle of the city yet the rooms are quiet.

Staff was unbelievably helpful even lined up a dentist on a holiday for me. Everything about the staff & place was exceptional!
