Andrea was awesome, he took good care of us during our stay in Tirano. He was a friendly host. He had arranged for a transportation from bus station to the hotel. He greeted each one of the adults and showed kids the place around to play. He helped us with the dinner. He advanced the breakfast by 30 minutes as we had an early train to catch to.

The hotel location is perfect,not far from the train station,in the center and you can find two supermarkets very close,pizeria and restaurants. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Very friendly staff making sure your stay is as pleasant as possible. Very nice room with a magnificent view of the mountains. Nice terrace in front of the hotel, also possible to eat at restaurant Bögia (owned by the hotel). Would highly recommend to try the local specialty Pizzoccheri della Valtellina!
