The staff are very friendly and helpful and accommodating. Especially housekeeping Lavanya and Sentil Kumar and Priya from the front desk. I was even surprised at the airport when I was meet by a gentleman which was arranged by the hotel to assist us because we had alot of luggage. Expectional service.
