Everything about this hotel was exceptional, the location and access to a pristine beach in addition to the proximity to restaurants and shops was perfect for a family traveling with children. The staff are extremely attentive without being overbearing and nothing is too much trouble. Special mention for Vevesh from housekeeping for his can do attitude, professionalism and amazing daily towel art, he’s an asset to the hotel!!

Starting with the welcoming until the departure is nothing to complaint about this resort. Is the perfect destination when you want to enjoy nature, sun and smiles. The rooms were great , clean and with everything we need it, very clean each corner of the resort, the food is to die for ..:: the staff is amazing and i can say this hotel is now on our top destinations that will remain close to our memories. The butler asigned and the manager are doing their job extremely good and they are 100a% involved in clients to be happy

Everything was exactly like on the photos: may be not brand new but CLEAN, fresh, beautiful, stylish, cozy and quiet!!! You open the balcony in the morning and you see beautiful tropical garden, you have breakfast in this garden! You may hear some sounds from the street (well our room was the closest to the exit) but it was never too much even though we are quite sensitive to it. The breakfast is not much choice but there is choice and it’s good, tasty and we felt perfectly satisfied. The service was attentive but not disturbing ! Especially I want to mark the fact that you can get as much of pure drinking water as you wish without wasting plastic bottles - it was perfect water we drank it all the time without any issues. Thank you to the hosts very much!!

The breakfast buffet was amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were always attentive and paid attention to detail. We loved out stay and will definitely go back. Jessie who worked in the breakfast area always made an effort to come speak to us during our whole stay and made the experience even more fabulous.

In this area, La Grace would be one of the best hotels we only stayed one night, short in a quiet part with a short walk into the centre and hotel bus to the beach, 2 bed apartments ideal for families

It’s a third time we come to Beira Mar. I don’t know better quality/location/price/comfort ratio hotel in Goa. And I recommended it to many of my friends. The perfect golden/white sand beach is right behind the door of hotel. Not big but lovely territory, all in flowers and green plants and palms. They take care of the plants very thoroughly so it looks like a botanic garden. So many spots for wonderful tropical photos!!. Pool is very nice and has been improved for the last year. Tents with lights, armchairs, clear water in pool, baby area in pool, music for the good mood. Bar with drinks and cocktails. Very fast and polite housekeeping personnel. Nice breakfast from 7:30-10:30. Cottages are spacious and equipped with all the necessary things. Toiletries, towels, cattle, drinking water refilled every day, aircon and fans. Each cottage has a lovely terrace with chairs and table to sit and relax in the evening. The hotel provides towels for the pool. The restaurant area has been renovated this year it now looks more fresh and nice. I want to add that the hotel looks better and better each time we come. And it means that management takes care of their business and guests satisfaction. Don’t even hesitate, book and stay here, being a 3 child Mom and very experienced traveller I highly recommend this place for couples and families. The outdoor facilities are also very comfortable. The beach is far far from crowds, many nice beach shacks with very moderate prices and good food and drinks right next to the hotel, the sand is gentle clean and beautiful. The ocean is always with the gentle waves, which make you don’t want to go out of water. Waves are not dangerous here, nor like in Vietnam and SriLanka. My children adore Goan ocean. I recommend Roger’s shack for perfect food and cocktails. Supermarkets, drug store and market are 10-15 min walking from the hotel. At Kadar supermarket you can find absolutely all you need.

Staff was very hospitable Food (Breakfast) was amazing

It was a rough start . Receptionist very rude and unprofessional. That could have ruined our whole holiday . But thank god manager Payas came to our rescue. Although he was knocking off work for the weekend he say we were distressed and came to our rescue. He stayed the hour checking us in showing us to our room making sure we were comfortable . I must commend him on his professionalism and the way he handled our grievances. Further to this he went the extra mile of organising my daughters sixteen birthday celebrations with a special cake and decor at his expense although he was on leave for the weekend he had his staff make sure everything was perfect. Hotel Zuri is truly blessed to have an amazing manager as Payas. My family and I want to thank him for making our stay memorable. Thank u so much Mr. Payas Pal Singh, we wish you all the best .

We we had stayed here before, so we are much familiar about this property. The food has drastically improved by far, we really enjoyed it.
