I was upgraded from a single to a double room with a view. The price then was reasonable. Great service at breakfast and reception. Very neat, renovated and clean. Quite room. Beautiful and cosy lounge and bistro. Free neat parking lot. Pretty location. It would have been nice to stay longer.

Very easy to find, great location for our plans, very comfortable and friendly staff. Breakfast was wonderful, full of flavor, held us until dinner. GREAT, to go to Scotland ,and for 15 days, your hotel was actually 1 of only three hotels we stayed at that were owned and run and staffed by Scott's. All else felt as though we were in India,and their attitude towards guests , "ALL ABOUT THE MONEY" Sad to see your country,slipping Away,culturally. Won't be back.

Our room was quiet and overlooked the street, we had plenty of room, they also had a pod coffee machine in our room which was great. Breakfast you do need to book, the menu has a good variety of choices, and the brasserie is large and allows for all numbers of groups to be seated. We took advantage of the spa facilities the person who provided the massage and beauty services was lovely and created a relaxing environment. She was good at her job. Bar facilities were also great and again allowed for intimacy and group seatings. The staff were all great as well.

Clean,relaxing and peaceful haven in a cozy thatched cottage. Lovely scenery and wildlife to enjoy and wake up to. Well equipt kitchen, comfy kingsized bed and the spa bath was a great touch in the on suite bathroom. Welcome pack and bottle of wine were also a lovely touch. Oban and other places of interest are all within driving distance. Owners left plenty of information about places to visit as well as recommendations on bars and restaurants etc in and around Oban. Would love to go back again.

Beautiful hotel gorgeous views we went for my birthday treat and coincidentally we were upgraded free ..what a lovely surprise ..the room was splendid so relaxing just what we needed after a day trip to Mull and Iona ..the Food was delicious..staff lovely..we shall return one day ..highly recommend it if visiting Oban or sightseeing around the area

Room was very clean, spacious, with fantastic view of Oban Harbour. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely with good selection. Hotel in perfect location. Spa was nice and relaxing. Perfect stay.
