The hotel was really beautiful nice and in very nice spot, is everything near, it is very clean also they cleaning the rooms every day without disturbing you very early at morning, changing towels and everything that is has the room, also the room has everything you need is comfortable has an amazing view, the bed is comfortable, the hygiene stuff like shampoo etc is high quality and organic, the personal/stuff is very friendly and kind. I'm gonna return there again, I was very pleased and satisfied!!!

I stayed at this hotel for 10 days and I can confidently say – the impressions are simply wonderful! 🏖️ The hotel is located right on Las Canteras beach – in the morning you open the window and the endless ocean is in front of you. The atmosphere of peace and comfort makes it a perfect place to relax and recharge. The room was bright, clean, and comfortable. Housekeeping was always on time, fresh linen, everything arranged for the guests’ convenience. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help with any request – you really feel like a welcomed guest. The food was varied and delicious, with an excellent selection of fresh fruits, fish, and local dishes. Breakfast and dinner were always served in a pleasant atmosphere with a view of the ocean. I would especially like to highlight Las Canteras beach itself – it is truly the jewel of Las Palmas. A long promenade for walks, soft sand, and breathtaking sunsets made the stay unforgettable. 🌴 This vacation gave me a sea of emotions and left only the warmest memories. I would gladly come back here again and highly recommend Imperial Playa to anyone looking for a quality holiday in Gran Canaria.

It is a great hotel, well-decorated, clean, in a great location and very comfortable! Staff was very kind and helpful! They arranged for a small take-away breakfast for an early flight, making everything more convenient! I particularly enjoyed the room with the outdoor shower!
