We were late for check-in because of bad weather conditions during the trip, but the host made sure that we have all the necessary instructions to get to our room. During our stay, they were available to all of our requests, and helped us with everything we needed. The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed for our stay. As we were travelling for work, we needed a comfortable space where we could concentrate on our work as well, and the super comfortable office chair in the apartment was a blessing! Just by bringing our monitor, we managed to set up a small home-office there, which made long-hours of working easily possible :)
Once again a big thank you to Manuela, Tanja, and the whole team! We would definitely love to go back! :)

United StatesExceptional service. We arrived very late due to being stuck in traffic. They were accommodating for late check-in and restaurant was closed by the time we arrived. However, they were kind enough to prepare a meal for our family so we can eat something. We really appreciated their kind gesture.
Property was great, we walked around the castle and its hidden gem with history and cool things to see on the property.

The location was excellent.It is located in the centre within Nördlingen's circle wall, with the church tower close by.There was inexpensive parking underneath the site.For this location and the luxury of the hotel, the room rates were very reasonable.The staff were very kind and willing to help our family.Highly recommended for anyone considering a trip to Nördlingen.
