the night shift receptionists florian bezbrra uoop helped us so much, he was so helpful and his hospitality was great and he helped us right away without hesitation, he and fabian thiemann were very kind and elegant, thanks a lot and if we came again to cologne, we would definitely come to this hotel , yes a lot will argue the price of the hotel and that's what we felt first, but when we saw how luxury the hotel is and how helpful the workers are, it is 100% a steal(i mean it is very worth it)

Great hotel, located near centre but still quiet and very nice place. Parking next to hotel, great breakfast, nice traditional rooms with good accessories. I really recomend .

It was clearly an historical home converted into an hotel! The property was clean, well presented and so close to the city centre! If it wasn’t for the wind I would have probably been able to reach the centre in 15 minutes!

It was just the best location. I had more hotels in mind but seeing them afterwards I must say I couldn't have made a better choice. Easy to walk from central station to the hotel. I would for sure come back here! And the most beautiful Christmas market across the street. Everything at walking distance and the restaurant was real good, very crowded but good food and beer.

So pleased I chose this hotel, originally chosen as attending an event at the Lanxess Arena. Perfect location for that as only steps across the road, but with an underground station so close by we were in the centre of Cologne within minutes. Nice to remove ourselves from the hustle and bustle of the centre. Big room, comfortable bed and great shower/bath. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice. Bar area very nice with excellent cocktails! Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again, a perfect base to explore Cologne.
