Everything was great. Very beautiful, quiet place. friendly, helpful staff. Clean, comfortable room. Delicious breakfasts. Walking distance to the beach with good waves for surfing.

The best place we’ve stayed during our 3wks in Costa Rica. The hotel has white colonial style rooms, set in beautiful tropical gardens and a wonderfully landscaped pool, all fronting the Pacific. The breakfast was good and the staff were all amazingly friendly and helpful. We also had a great deal for our stay so it was excellent value for money for the area.

Friendly and welcoming host and staff. The location was very good, being just a 7 minute walk from the beach and a few minutes from local convenience stores and restaurants. Breakfast buffet in the morning had a wide selection of options. The bus stop towards San Jose and other towns is around the corner from the hotel. The room was exactly as we expected it to be.

LOCANDA SAMARA BEACH is set in Sámara, 37 km from Nicoya. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar. The rooms include a private bathroom equipped with a shower.

The front desc team contacted me before my arrival on whats up. They organised well my transport, my excursions, they helped me during my stay daily. All staff is like a family and helping in everything. On the restaurant all waiters are kind and helpfull. Specially one of the Jose, who giving true and honest attention to all guest.
