We really liked the Bamboo Leaf Hotel and the staff, especially Vivianne who helped us with booking tours and borrowing scooters and bikes. She is super friendly, kind, caring, efficient and speaks excellent English which helped us so much! The whole staff was very friendly and helped look after all our needs! We would highly recommend this beautiful, clean, well-designed high-end hotell for the value, incredible service and mostly the delightful staff working here! Incredible location – a peaceful and cozy paradise. It's only about a 20-minute walk from Yangshuo. The staff is very attentive and friendly! And the lovely bonus: hotel offers free kimonos for rent. We took some stunning photos with a beautiful mountain view on the property. I highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel is in the most beautiful location on the other side of the river to Yangshuo with the most incredible views of the limestone hills and Yangshuo. Very comfortable big rooms with great beds and bathroom. Huge balcony looking out over the landscape. Easy to get taxis in and out of town. Shelley, Craig and their friendly staff are great hosts and we would like to say a very special thank you to Craig who was so kind to us showing us the beautiful stone village and countryside between Yangshuo and Guilin. We hope to be back one day to your very special hotel and Yangshuo. It really is a very unique place that deserves much time and space.

The staff is amazing, friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel is beautiful, the beds confortable and rooms have both A/C and ceiling fan. Many food options available, and two bottles of water every day in the room. Bike included too! Note that the hotel is not in Yangshuo West Street with means a bit more Didi/private car expenses, especially since this is a mountain area. However I came to Yangshuo for the nature so I was happy with this choice not to be in the city!

Everything. The beautiful hotel with amazing staff. Simply drinking a cold beer and nice coffee in the garden, I can easily spend whole days there looking at the beautiful landscape. They organize a lot of nice things for their guests. There's a proper pizza oven too.

This is a quaint family-run business and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They assisted us with booking of driver, tickets to attractions, and were very accomodating. It felt like staying at a friend's home. Many thanks to Demi and family who runs the place!
