The staff were so helpful, from messaging us before we arrived, to talking to our taxi driver to give directions. They were very friendly and all of them spoke at least basic English. The location is also superb, within easy walking distance of the beach/pier and Zhongshan Road, and surrounded by lots of places to eat. Comfortable, clean and warm rooms.

Location and staff were perfect, the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Room cleaned to a high standard every day. Indoor swimming pool was a bonus, remember to take a swimming cap which is needed even if you do not have hair (like me)

Overall stay was amazing, the food was good. The staff was very polite and cooperative. Special Thanks to one staff member whose name i forgot but he was from France, He had helped me a lot during my stay.
