The room was clean and cozy, and it wasn’t too far from the market in Sandanski. The team at “ВАИС” was very professional and friendly! I had originally booked a studio but didn’t specify anything about the view in my request. They kindly offered me another room with the view I wanted — such a nice gesture! Oh, and their bathroom amenities (shampoo, soap, and others) were so cute and of great quality!

the quiet room with the stream flowing at the back of the hotel was pure joy,the spa centre was great,the massages and treatments were wonderful,breakfast and dinner buffet was satisfactory but food in the dinner menu was delicious,staff was mostly friendly and attentive,the hotel is ideal for peace and relaxation in late august!!

Excellent choice. The apartment is in a great location, at the beginning of the park and promenade. Across the street is the city market where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables. The apartment is small, but modern, comfortable and clean. There is an elevator in the building so you don't have to worry about the stairs. Only praise for the host. Extremely kind and hospitable. He gave us all the instructions for Sandanski and the surrounding area. He also helped us with a parking space. There is an opportunity to use underground parking and not worry about your vehicle.

Really really good hotel (I think it’s more of a hotel than motel)… Huuuge rooms, huge beds. WiFi is good. There was parking for the cars, 24/7 reception. Wonderful TVs in the rooms. Very kind staff. The restaurant is wonderful, great service and great food. Also the garden is pretty nice. Besides everything above, they allowed us late checkout because the room was not reserved after us. I would recommended this motel for sure if you visit Sandanski.
