The property caught our eye because it is very well positioned, located near the ski chair lifts and only a short distance away from the gondola. Being a villa it was also a quieter experience than the hotel we stayed at last year. Staff was always there to help us, from answering our questions via the Booking chat, to assisting us with securing a parking spot on our arrival, handling our luggage, and booking a table for an evening with our friends at the restaurant downstairs. The breakfast was good. Also, it proved to be a great choice for dinner in the evening, try it out once for yourselves. We'll be coming back next season! :)

The apartment was good size for a family of 2 adults and 2 children. It was comfortable, clean and anything needed for a good holiday was there. Staff are quite gentle and breakfast was good too. I definitely recommend it for anyone looking fir a holiday apartment in Borovets.

Very cozy hotel, warm and comfortable room, nice view from the window, friendly staff, tasty and varied food, good pool for children, 3 saunas, great massage. The room had everything you need - towels, slippers, robes, shower gel, shampoo. Cleaning and change of towels every day. Free transfer to the ski lifts during the day
