Warmly greeted on arrival. Excellent attention to detail in explaining layout of holiday park, providing written instructions for entering and leaving. The room was great, bed comfortable, all we needed was provided. Lovely location close to the beach and breakwater walk.

Good sized room with lovely view, spotlessly clean with very comfy bed and pillows. Location was excellent, adjacent to sea front and easy walk to many restaurants, bars and shops.     What a lovely place to stay ! In a really central location. We received a warm welcome and everyone was very happy and friendly. We decided to upgrade from a room to an apartment and we loved the room so much we wished we were staying longer. I would highly recommended and would certainly come back again. Thanks for a great stay xx

    The room was exceptionally clean, even the key is sprayed before it’s handed to you so makes you confident the room has been thoroughly cleaned. As we were there for our anniversary the manager upgraded us to a Pacific Suite room at a discount. The room is on the end overlooking the water with a private balcony, was lovely to sit there watching the dolphins, the sea plane land and just life going past. Awesome position, we walked to dinner most nights. Will definitely stay here again.

    Our stay at Sails was absolutely beautiful - I loved everything. The staff were very friendly, accommodating and happy. The facilities were great - spacious and welcoming. Plenty of space to lounge, relax, enjoy a drink or two and a meal. Our room was a studio with water views, and it was beautifully appointed, clean and just had a lovely feel to it. View was perfect. 🤩

    A beautiful luxury resort in a perfect location by the marina! So beautiful. The grounds, the room, the bar and restaurant. Everything was so lovely. The staff really great too! All very friendly and professional.

    We loved our upgrade room for our wedding anniversary & the lovely card & bottle of wine placed in our room from the sails team was such a lovely surprise. The views from our room were magic. Staff were friendly. Location to town is good. Facilities are excellent & clean.
