When I arrived at midnight, very tired having had a bad start to my day it just got worse, the young lady who was on duty that night, understood what a day I had had , the straw came when my travel card was rejected so she took me over to the ATM machine so I could withdraw cash, she was brilliant, because I was so tired and stressed I could never have done that without her help.

Great location and very well managed. Car parking was provided and they informed early on how to checkin. The staff was very helpful when we had to come in early , provided temporary parking and temporary card for use of facilities while waiting on checkin time. The staff was very pleasant, helpful and patient when I was trying to look for my credit card reassuring me to keep calm and take my time. This is excellent customer service! The hotel was also in front of the team station and they provided two free entrance to Skytower lookout
