I loved the location and ambience . The staff are all warm and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble from the room chambermaids, to the room service/dining. The reception are all friendly, professional and efficient and the welcoming team (I must mention Hussein who was lovely and always had a smile on his face) and the men that drive the buggies are polite, friendly and well informed- I really can’t complain! Thank you for marking my birthday - a lovely touch. The rainforest experience is something you must try and the gazelles and camels wandering about is mesmerising! It was an amazing short trip, but it truly felt like more than just a weekend — it was a few days of real rest and relaxation. The resort has a huge territory with many swimming pools, a private beach, plenty of activities, a spa, a lovely evening show, and delicious food. All the staff were incredibly supportive and attentive to detail. I was celebrating my birthday and received a complimentary room upgrade and such thoughtful decorations.
