We visited Victoria Falls town and saw the waterfalls from...

We visited Victoria Falls town and saw the waterfalls from both the Zimbabwean and Zambian sides. The waterfalls themselves have good walkways for viewing and it was a welcome relief to get a little sprayed on a hot day. As we were there in October, the water was quite limited on the Zambian side but still more impressive than we would be used to in Europe. Victoria Falls town is also interesting to walk around, see some shops, visit the brewery, and eat in the cafes. We had little difficulty getting around and there were usually taxis available. There are also lots of activities available both linked to the falls (zip lining, bungee, jet boats etc) and further afield (like safari game drives). It's a good base for a wide range of visits and activities.

Fantastic experience especially Livingstone Island swim to the edge. Expensive activities and entry fees in US dollars for international visitors- be careful not to kill the golden goose. Wages compared with prices do not compute, even for coffees!

Victoria Falls is simply amazing.

Victoria Falls is simply amazing. It's always been on my bucket list and I am so happy that I finally managed to visit. From arrival to departure everything was so seamless and easy. the place is beautiful and safe. The falls, definitely something to experience. Will definitely visit again.
