We had a wonderful stay at The Houghton Hotel during our trip to South Africa. The hotel is incredibly modern and stylish, with very spacious rooms. The bed was exceptionally comfortable—exactly what we needed after a long flight. One of the highlights was the breakfast, very tasty and lots of options. The staff were warm and welcoming throughout our stay, and we were especially grateful that they accommodated a very early check-in so we could rest right away. Although we didn’t get a chance to use the hotel’s amenities, we did take a look around and everything—from the pool area to the wellness facilities—looked top-notch and beautifully maintained. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing, upscale base in Johannesburg.

    we had a one bed apartment. it's spacious and clean. if you are planning on cooking there, you might find it a bit lacking but its great if you want to do breakfast only or a light dinner. it also has a nice restaurant on the top floor, very convenient. unbeatable location if you are looking to dine out and do some shopping or go to a show at the sunbet arena, like we did.

It was a Buffet, but excellently prepared each and every food item was amazing, the Chefs were really experienced as well as all the staff.     Decent area, felt safe at all times.

    Decent area, felt safe at all times. To have fun, the prices are lower than the likes of Sandton but its also quite distant from those premium areas and the cost becomes equalized once you factor in things like uber/bolt. Stay if you dont plan to roam a lot.

    This estate is located at a very good spot with nice surroundings, the mall of Africa is at a 2 minutes driving, the estate security system is efficient to prevent theft, robbery and it dissuades the intentions of criminal attacks, thinks that we fear in Johannesburg.     Centurion is a very nice place to visit.

    Centurion is a very nice place to visit. Especially if you just want to get aways from your norm and go relax somewhere else. It's a very beautiful town and very safe according to me. It has bolts and ubers everywhere and the mall has every store you might ever think off. It also has a Gautrain station which is huge plus for me.     The location is perfect closer to a lot of facilities like East Rand Mall which is so enormous and has a variety of stores from food stores to pharmaceuticals like dischem and clicks. Additionaly, Boksburg has lovely attractions and different activities which one can engage in to create fun lasting memories. 👌💯

    You need your own car in that area as the private taxis are so expenses and it becomes so difficult to get around to see all the other places. Nice place, very peaceful, stayed at Clivia Lodge went to Emerald Resort for activities.
