A lovely sunset on the evening of our arrival, comfortable seats in which to share a bottle of wine and watch the sun go down. The two rooms for the family were opposite each other, spacious with most comfortable beds.

United StatesI have nothing negative to say about this accommodation. We had a wonderful stay. It was big and spacious, very well equipped and nice big comfortable bed. It was in a quiet area but close enough for a quick walk and you are in the centre of the town. Everywhere you look you are surrounded by mountains and beautiful scenery. During our stay there was a big power outtage due to Eskom but the accommodation still had basic necessities like lights, TV and warm water. You can see that Manie made a lot of effort to make the place cozy and comfortable.

Namibia5 STAR EXPERIENCE FOR 3 STAR PRICE - i have stayed at numerous establishments over the years and this guesthouse is one of the best. The room was large and very comfortable with a fridge, kettle, microwave & TV. My room was decorated with inspiring and artful decor of a high standard. The linen, duvet & pillows were fresh, clean and plump, and the bedroom and bathroom were spotlessly clean. I arrived to a warm welcome and a serene setting in a beautiful garden. The location is superb as it is close to town but very peaceful next to a mountain stream. Restaurants are in walking distance.

I noticed after a busy day in the town, that the next day the town was neat and clean. No litter lying around. The hiking trails in Clarens is well maintained - therefore we do not mind paying the fee for hiking there. Please take into consideration paying for the hiking trails via card. We don't really travel with cash these days. The surrounding area is also great , with a lot of hidden treasures to go and visit.Guest review bystrydom - 8.0

Bethlehem is a small town.
Bethlehem is a small town. It is not far from CLARENS and GOLDEN GATE. You can drive to these two places in less than an our. We spent the whole day in CLARENS and bought some few items. It is a very neat little town with quaint houses and buildings everywhere. The views are spectacular and the town is clean. We found the staff were very friendly wherever we went.
