The view to the lake is mesmerising. Staff was tactful. Hotel full of flowers and smooth jazz. Cannot imagine better place to stay in Lai Chau.

You feel so at home at Pistachio Hotel. It is located at the heart of Sapa; walking distance to Sun Plaza, Sapa Catholic Church; local restaurants and souvenir shops. The room was excellent, clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Everything was available inside the room. Breakfast was amazing with a variety of choices of sumptuous food. food prices for room service is also cheap. The staffs are so friendly. Ms. Chau (supervisor) is very commendable. She was so helpful and provided us details with regards to weather and the best time to visit Fansipan; where to buy souvenirs at cheap price, etc. She even arrange our transport to Halong Bay and handed us gift and a THANK YOU note. The hotel is well recommended. Given a chance to visit Sapa, we will definitely come back to Pistachio Hotel, it is just perfect!

Started with great lobby which served by welcome hotel staff, garden view entering the room, fantastic interior, room was awesome with fansipan view, cafe qas really great view and panoramic at night, all facilities here are worthed for value. I had such a wonderful stay at Glow Sapa Hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and always ready to help — they gave me great recommendations for things to do in the area. I also booked the Fansipan hike through the hotel and had the best experience. Afterward, I really enjoyed the relaxing massage and herbal bath offered on-site. My room was beautiful, very clean, and well taken care of. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sapa. Sa was very helpful and making sure we were looked after throughout our stay. He even came to bid us goodbye on his day off work. The rooms we stay has an amazing view to the lake. It was spacious and comfortable. It was a wow moment upon entering. A convenient place and short walk to Sapa Town. Very accommodative owner who allowed us to freshen ourselves before leaving the hotel in the evening back to Hanoi. Highly recommended.
