- From $128.34 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.9Excellent - What previous guests thought, 475 reviewsFor many reasons we were very pleased with our four-night stay at Dar Souad. One reason for that is that our accommodation was very comfortable. The rooms were large and bright, attractively furnished and well-equipped. The beds were comfortable, the showers excellent, and one room had a good-sized balcony with two large deck chairs. Another reason is that Dar Souad is filled with furniture and furnishings of great beauty -- tiles, lamps, chests, and much more. The internal courtyard with its pool, plants and art objects is especially attractive. Moreover, there are many very attractive places to sit and to talk or to read or to sip cool drinks. In addition, staff were friendly and helpful. A very special feature of Dar Souad is the quality -- and indeed the diversity -- of the cuisine. Breakfast was an exciting meal with numerous familiar and unfamiliar items -- all fresh, tasty and harmonious. We ordered dinner for three evenings and were delighted with the results. Every dish was flavourful but never heavy or exaggerated. We certainly recommend the tagines and the Ottoman ragout. Seasonal vegetables were featured. It was March, and artichokes, peas, and carrots were abundant. Desserts were always a real treat. In short, we very much appreciated the refined, delicate and tasty meals. The location of Dar Souad suited us well, especially as we had a car. The various Punic and Roman sites in Carthage were easy to reach; driving to the Medina and to the fabulous Bardo Museum took time, but neither trip was problematic and parking was not a problem. Parking near the Dar Souad was also not a problem.Guest review byRachelUnited States
- From $267.77 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.5Very Good - What previous guests thought, 1,291 reviewsThanks Le Corail Suites Hotel for the outstanding hospitality and services. Indeed,it’s a wonderful hotel! We had a warm welcoming me and my family, especially from Mr. Islam and the beautiful Mrs. Sawsen (the lady in red. They were very helpful and caring all the time. Honestly we felt that we were at home not a hotel. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The room service was great and on time. The breakfast was super delicious and had many varieties. The location is great and it’s very close to everything. In brief I can say this is a 5***** hotel overall. I highly recommend it, and it will be my first choice especially during business trips.Guest review byEsamCanada
- From $203.07 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.3Very Good - What previous guests thought, 668 reviewsA beautiful property, excellent location across from the beach. The terrace / restaurant on the top floor is excellent. The suite I stayed at was very nice with two small balconies facing the beach. The staff are superb. Many thanks to Thamer at reception for being amazingly helpful in booking a tour for me on a short notice to visit Dougga and Bulla Regia, and also for him and the hotel’s kind gesture on my birthday which was on my first day at that hotel. Also many thanks to Jemal at the ground floor restaurant and to all the staff there for being always kind, professional and very helpful. A memorable stay.Guest review byRabieUnited Arab Emirates
- From $249.68 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.5Exceptional - What previous guests thought, 912 reviewsVery happy with our stay here. The location is great - right on the edge of the Medina, so both easy to access the Medina and easy to leave the Medina. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was good, and the rooftop view was very nice. The building itself was beautiful, especially some of the rooms on the way to the elevator. We also enjoyed the restaurant, which was on the expensive side but offered a good menu and atmosphere. Everyone on staff was very kind and helpful.Guest review byDanielSpain

Gammarth is a small village that may not offer a wide range of activities or sights, but it's a charming spot nonetheless. For those seeking more options, nearby La Marsa has almost everything you could need, including a small mall just a short taxi ride away—less than 15 minutes. The round trip cost, including tips, was under £10, making it an easy and affordable excursion.Guest review byHayetUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Sidi Bou Said is a traditional village, plenty of market stalls and restaurants to suit all budgets, sea views at various locations throughout the village are excellent. Some steep and uneven surfaces to deal with but well worth it.Guest review byNigelUnited Kingdom - 10.0

This is an exquisitely decorated, beautful place to stay. The room was very comfortable and the staff exceptionally helpful. It is in a quiet area away from the old city which is always incredibly busy and noisy. The pool was beautuful as was the garden. There are nice places to eat nearby and historic places to visit.Guest review byThomson - 10.0
Nice area.
Nice area. A lot of the shops and stuff are relatively spread out. Really nice people who genuinely help you. Taxis are a bit of a pain from the airport, as they were a little expensive to what I would have thought. However you have to bargain with them a bit.Guest review byShahidUnited Kingdom - 6.0

The location of Dar Salah Bey is very good and has access to everything nearby, the house is cosy, loved the architecture and design, but the owner of the property is required to improve the facilities and kitchen equipment, like good knives for cooking, a new set of forks, spoons, and cooking tools, also provide a good iron and iron board, fix the leakage of a tap connected to the washing machine, provide new and fresh bed covers and sheets, and also provide clothes drying rack, as we struggled to dry our clothes.Guest review byOUMAIMA.LTFIraq - 10.0

If you are a history fan and like monuments or beaches, this will be your favorite destination. BUT There are some unmentioned rules: 1. Bargaining (the prices are higher than they should be, so do not forget to bargain) 2. NEVER buy anything from the stalls outside of monuments. They usually sell tooooo expensive, even if you bargain to a quarter of the price, it is still expensive. I had a very bad experience, unfortunately. 3. Be careful with your pockets and be aware of using your phone in the streets. 4. The prices in the cartage land are very good for buying handicrafts. 5. You can use ''Louage'' to transport to other cities. Not modern but very affordable.Guest review byReyhaneh - 8.0

Four Seasons is a lovely place to relax with the family. I suggest a 5 day visit so one can then plan day trips to Hammamet and Djerba as well. one could also spend 3 days at four seasons hotel and then 2 nights in Hammamet if you really want to enjoy a beach.Guest review byMr HaqUnited Kingdom - 10.0

One of the bonuses of staying at La Villa Bleue in Sidi Bou Saïd is that this gorgeous and charming village is much more tranquil when the day-trippers or those on a short stopover leave…Then you have some of the great photo spots all to yourself, maybe in the early morning or evening light as well.Guest review byBeatriceBelgium
