Good welcome. Very efficient staff, smiling and speaking English. Impeccable cleanliness. The floor of the room and bathroom are impeccable. The sheets and towels are immaculate and smell good. The cleaning service cleans the room, changes the sheets and towels and gives 2 bottles of water every day. Very Quiet. Free morning time coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby. Shared microwave in the lobby. Reservation of a tuktuk to go to the train station, the driver was on time. Perfect. I highly recommend.

Wonderful resort in a beautiful setting. Within walking distance to the train station which is practical when you arrive from Bangkok. Charming villas and the pool area is just splendid. There is also a cosy bar!

The hotel was really clean and the staff were exeptionally good. The gym and pool areas were very good and the bed was soft and comfy. We stayed an extra day because it was such a nice place to be.

Absolutely everything, great helpful friendly service by everyone at the hotel. Had an Amazing Korean Bbq dinner outdoors on the banks of the Mekong River. Room was beautiful with a spectacular view. And after a great nights sleep, We woke to a spectacilar sunrive over the mountains and river. Then an equisite breakfast with fantastic coffee.

We were honestly a bit nervous after reading some of the reviews, but it turned out way better than we thought. Our room was clean, the AC worked fine, and when we had a small issue with the shower, the staff came and fixed it pretty fast. Breakfast wasn’t fancy or anything, but it was fresh and enough to get us going. What really made the stay worth it was the peaceful vibe and the river breeze — super chill. Great spot if you’re just looking to relax, recharge, or stop over on a backpacking trip. For the price, it’s actually a pretty solid deal.
