Ahmed, the receptionist, was very helpful and understanding. He showed me several rooms until I found one that was free of cigarette smell. The place is clean and next services like cleaners and supermarket. Also, there is a garage for cars which is good when you have a motorbike like me.

Location and hotel are very good. I reserved the hotel and informed the staff our late arrival, but they not arranged the rooms. We waited for another 1 hour for the rooms with family. That one moment only uncomfortable with staff. Remaining experience is good
