Everything. The location was just near the forest and the ski tracks in the center of Kopaonik. The staff was very polite and usefull at the same time. The hotel has wonderful SPA center with everything you need. I enjoyed the very delicious food made at the hotel restaurant. All was just perfect. I`m looking forward to be their guest soon.

The room was incredibly clean, spacious, comfortable. The building is new and elegant. Although the staff struggled a bit with English it was noticeable they did there best to accommodate us the best possible way. Over all we had a great and pleasant experience and we are very grateful for the facilities and staff.

I loved the place. Great location for rest. Clean, new and tidy. I love that everything was prepared as i requested. I love the view it is warm and an amazing complex. I love everything about this place. I would come again for sure. I was alone and it is super for me .
