Very good hotel in a quiet area, conveniently located not too far from both the train station and the old town. The surroundings are peaceful, and the bed was so cozy that I had the best two nights of sleep during my entire 14-day trip in Poland. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful—they even offered me extra bottled water when I needed it. The facilities are modern and well-maintained. Highly recommended!

10 minute to the central station (busses and trains). Great if you're planning to stay in Krakow and do a day visit to Auschwitz. 10 minute walk into the old town. Big mall directly across the road. The staff were exceptional. Extremely friendly and helpful. Because we left early in the morning to Auschwitz, they arranged a packed breakfast, which was really convenient and more than enough! They also kept our luggage for the entire day at no charge.

    Very clean, pleasant, even though it was close to centrum and road, the rooms were quite well soundproofed. I liked the bed a lot because it was with firm mattress. There was a small fridge in the room which was good on a hot summer day so you could put water in there. Room was spacious, quiet, extremely clean, peaceful and it had own pricate bathroom. Air conditioner worked very well as well as the TV if you are looking for some lil entertainment, also the Wi-fi worked surprisingly fast! There is also store called Zabka just on the corner of hotel where you can buy some snacks, drinks and even some fresh fruit & veggies. The staff was very nice and helpful if you had any questions. We only stayed for one night but if I come back to Krakow, I most definitely will come back here.

    The hotel’s location is great, at the edge of the historic centre and a few minutes’ walk from Wawel castle and the cathedral. Private parking is available for a reasonable fee, which is a big plus if you travel by car. The hotel facilities and rooms are excellent, but we give five stars to the staff, which is extremely friendly and helpful. The “Sky Bar” with restaurant has a great view on the city and the Vistula river. The city of Cracow is a must-see, with plenty of historical monuments, but also full of life – the old Market is a fine example. The Polish population is young and dynamic, this is the future of Europe!

    Krakow is a wonderful city to explore and relax in. It's packed with history, delicious food, and beautiful sights, from Wawel Castle to Nowa Huta. Excellent transportation options. Of course, when visiting Krakow, make sure to consider the sites of historical significance a train ride away from the city.

    Near to airport but couldn’t connect with phone number for lift so had to walk there . Bit had lift back to airport 5 mins away But only took 15 mins although in pitch black of evening.     Myślenice is perfect if someone would like to visit Krakow, Wieliczka and Zakopane also. All of them is in acceptable distance by car. I recommend to visit all of them. You can find a beautiful Christmas Market, and many tourist sights in Krakow, Zakopane is like a little village from a farytale (there are many tourist), the salt mine of Wieliczka is a perfect and beautiful underground spot to visit. Myślenice is a great option to visit all of them.

    If you book this “hotel” then you do at your own risk.

    If you book this “hotel” then you do at your own risk. It’s a house not a hotel, there was a shared bathroom right next door to their bedroom! No safety outside the bedroom it’s a 20 foot drop to the floor! You don’t pay at property you are driven to a cash machine and forced to pay cash!!! There is no lights or locks on your bedroom door, it’s filthy and smells of cigarettes. But don’t complain to booking com because their policy is the worst! Stranded at the airport over night and the customer service officer was absolutely unqualified he used the phonetic alphabet to spell his name using N for Nazi instead of November bearing mind we were in Poland! Totally unacceptable and very unhelpful. My partner has a medical machine that needs to be worn and he was totally unsympathetic no offer of a hotel close by just one five miles away! Which I had to pay again for! Never use them again rubbish

    Krakow is a beautiful city.

    Krakow is a beautiful city. Old and historical a perfect getaway for 3 to 5 days stay. Checks all the boxes: architecture, food, nightlife, shopping, services, out of town excursions and amazing atmosphere. Walking in the old town feels like you back in time, the castle and horse carriages are giving impression of a fairy tale, variety of restaurants will not disappoint, and the magical night atmosphere with trendy bars full of people is so unique. Definitely a city to put on your bucket list !

    We loved the size of the room; beds were comfortable. Staff is great, very helpful. Great location (5 minutes from the airport) for one night especially if flying the next day. A free shuttle to and from the airport is a great asset. I fully recommend this place. The only downsize for us was the no refrigerator in the room.

    The owner communicated with me over Booking.com and provided detailed description of how to get in and out of the property. The property was clean and it had all that we needed. The only regret I have is that we didn’t stay any longer. There was a lovely patio outside and a pool and garden area with a playground for kids (which we have 3). The lady who owns the properties was so lovely when I called her at 23:00 panicking about a taxi to the airport (when 2 companies cancelled on me). She said she would help give us a lift to the airport at 3:30am. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

    The city is beautiful, the main square and old town is well...

    The city is beautiful, the main square and old town is well worth a visit, our trip was designed around visiting autchvitz and bercanau and the salt mines. Although some prefer to do all on the same day, I would recommend booking the salt mine separately, us being middle aged and fairly fit this suited us both and much preferred doing it this way. Over 55,000 steps covered in 3 days was a wowza for us. A lovely trip, would definitely recommend
