Location was perfect and right in the center of the hot spots. Even though it's surrounded by restaurants, souvenir shop, bars, and all the fun night hubs it's very quiet in the rooms. We booked 2 rooms. 1 was a triple room and 1 was a double. The room sizes were big and beds were very comfortable. The staff were very polite and speak English very well. The food in Skydeck was super delicious and portions are large. The Halo Halo was the best and a must try. There's a bank machine in the lobby that's very convenient if you need Philippine pesos. The resort is a very cute place with an ample amount of greenery all around you. They have a restaurant downstairs which serves good breakfast (at a discounted rate for in-house customers) which they even deliver to your room. One good thing about this restaurant is that they accept cards(which I've hardly seen at other places). The staff is very friendly and a fun bunch of people. Shower in our room was an open shower which was cool. They provided good quality shower gel, shampoo and conditioner too! They even provided a smart TV with Netflix subscription. They have a very clean pool as well. Staff- every single one of them are courteous, highly trained and really know what they are doing. They are friendly and they really deliver well. From restaurant, front office, housekeeping, tours etc. Ask them anything, they will deliver it. Food- Very very good food. We tried almost everything on the menu. The beach is clean and the water is crystal clear, it is like swimming in an aquarium. I really enjoyed town, but nacpan and duli area also nice places to stay! Lio is another nice spot to stay. El Nido has so many fun things to do, and we liked that while there were a plentitude of tourist options, we were not separated from local culture and activities that sometimes happens in other places. We were only there for four days, and we could have stayed another week. The beaches are beyond stunning, both the ones you can walk to and the ones that need a boat.
