We initially planned to stay 2 nights at this hotel then our return flight was cancelled and the team at Enai was extremely helpful in picking us up from the airport and accommodating a new room for us with such short notice. Claudia who helps organize the tours is very flexible and helped us book the tours that were of most interest to us at our preferred timings (canopee walk and lake Sandoval highly recommended) The food is really good which is very important as you are likely to have several meals at the hotel. Room is very spacious and clean. Would recommend booking rooms with AC as it gets quite humid and hot at night.

Very nice place to stay. The airco was so nice because of the humidity and warmth. Room was very clean. The shower was hot and nice. Staff is very friendly and helpfull. We had a problem with the shower and they handeld and solved the problem for us so good. Highly recommend this place.

Very helpful and friendly staff. The father and son team made me feel so safe and welcome. This made the stay so pleasant because of them. The biodiversity tower (to see a good sunset) is just few mins walk away.

The staff were very nice and very helpful. On the day of arrival in the afternoon they took us on a short tour of surroundings where they showed us local plants and the river. We event got to taste the raw cacao beans. They helped us call and order taxi because we don’t speak Spanish and Uber doesn’t work here. They have a small shop with fruits, bread, sweets and salts. Breakfast was excellent. We got avocado every day. With some rice, eggs or tamales. We also got bread and coffee or tea.

Such an amazing relaxed place, we have had a really good time here. Comfy beds, everything clean, and the pool was very nice to cool off. Drinking coffee watching the sun rise at the balcony in the morning also was a highlight. We loved the beautiful garden with his dog, the chickens and the neighbor cat. Elmer and his family are so friendly, and they are willing to help with anything. He even arranged and gave us a Lago Yacumama tour, and we had a campfire our last night. It is a small drive from the city (we had a car), but Tuktuks regularly pass by and there are taxi's. I hope I get the chance to come back in the future!
