Amazing staff, good location and fantastic breakfast

Everything was amazing: the people, the location and the room. We spent Christmas there and the staff didn't miss an occasion to make us feel cosy and at home.

Location and the unique design

Everything from the location to the staff - especially Manon at the restaurant - to the cleanliness, to the beauty of the suite with excellent view, the warming tee and coffee and the professionalism of the staff. The fireplace at the reception was a delightful.

Amazing place! The staff were incredible and super friendly. Nothing was too difficult for them and always smiling. They checked in with us every time we passed through the lobby. Their northern lights alert is perfect and they help you locate darker areas of town to be able to get a better view. The pub attached is delicious and reasonable priced. Stayed in the junior suite which is in the seperate building and was a great location with a view over the town.

The hotel location is in the city center walking distance to almost everything , it's a major plus for us. The breakfast was good. The room and bed was comfortable. They gave us a sandwich in the last day coz our flight is too early and therefore can't avail the breakfast, that was very thoughtful. I'd love to stay here again next time we visit svalbard.

The location was great. The facilities in the rooms were quite satisfactory. There were two bathrooms which was a relief. The restaurants are very close. It was wonderful being there.

The staffs are very kind and very helpful. The breakfast is very good with pancakes! The room is clean and comfortable.

Honestly, I had a reservation for accommodation at Coal Miner's Cabins, but they moved my reservation to Radisson Blu Polar Hotel, which turned out to be even better for me. I cannot rate Coal Miner's Cabins, but Radisson Blu Polar Hotel was top-notch, and I was pleased with absolutely everything. I had initially booked a stay at Coal Miner's Cabins, but due to unforeseen circumstances, my reservation was relocated to Radisson Blu Polar Hotel. This change turned out to be a delightful surprise. The Radisson Blu Polar Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way, making my stay in Svalbard an exceptional experience. The service at Radisson Blu Polar Hotel was outstanding. The staff were attentive, friendly, and always willing to assist with any request. Check-in was smooth, and I felt genuinely welcomed. The room I was allocated was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The attention to detail in the room's design and amenities was truly remarkable. I especially appreciated the beautiful view from my window, which added to the overall enjoyment of my stay. The hotel's dining options were also exceptional. I had the opportunity to savor delicious meals at their restaurant, and the variety of dishes on the menu catered to diverse tastes. The food was not only delectable but also beautifully presented. Furthermore, the location of Radisson Blu Polar Hotel was convenient, with easy access to city center. It made exploring the city hassle-free, and the hotel's concierge service was instrumental in providing valuable local insights and recommendations. Overall, my experience at Radisson Blu Polar Hotel was excellent, and I could not have been happier with the unexpected change in accommodation.
