He called me by my name and it felt welcoming, after a long flight from Singapore which was delayed, I felt well taken care of, as he had checked me in on a higher floor as requested days prior, and assigned me to a quiet unit above 30th-50th floor up (C-46). The concierge male staff had my luggages all well placed onto the trolley and we headed to the unit. He was friendly as every The Face Suites personnel and staffs. Picture Perfect: Upon entry into my suite, I was stunned in amazement, the interior and high level of hygiene and cleanliness that was put into focus by the hotel management, was superb. My unit was booked directly with The Face therefore it was exactly as pictured. Flawless cleaning and furniture arrangements, no markings or damages found compared to units booked with a third party as reviewed by other guests. At first I was skeptical but I can confirm to future guests, if you look forward to kind, warm, engaging hospitality by The Face mgmt, if you do value quality and great service, high level of cleanliness, consider booking with the hotel directly like I did. You may have to pay a bit more, but it is worth it. Complementary Room Upgrade: The next day, I had extended my booking for several more days, I called reception and spoke to Guest Relations Manager Mr. Shafiq who was also hospitable and friendly, as I was still tired from my flight the night prior, I asked to be given a bit more time to come down at reception and settle the remaining payment, and I was given a couple of hours after 12pm which had given me the opportunity to rest a bit longer in the afternoon. At 1pm I was given a good news to my surprise, I was upgraded to 2 Bedroom Superior Suite from 1 Bedroom Suite I had booked!Guest review byRyuu Ri OhanaCanada

The 1st floor of the unit was modest with only 2 small rooms, a tv lounge/dining area and a kitchen. Through a narrow staircase to the 2nd floor Skydeck which was equipped with jacuzzi, shower, fridge and seating areas. Our unit was Penthouse 6 which face westward with view of KL Tower and Jln TAR in the distance We were having a birthday party which was ideal spot for the occasion. The Skydeck was really awesome with nice view of KL. However, it rained almost all evening with dense fogs in between limiting the nice view of KL skylight and the usage of the Skydeck as it was partially covered. So we end up in the small space of the living area downstairs (10 adults and 3 children) eating pizza and stuffs Kitchen was well equipped with large fridge, washer/dryer, cooker top and oven. KL is Busy city with lots to see and experience. Visit Batu Caves an easy train ride 30 mins from KLCC. Petronas Twin Towers tour well worth it. Hop on Hop off bus tour gives a good overall feel of what you might like to revisit at your own pace. Genting Resort good for a day trip as is a visit to World Heritage city of Melaka 2 hrs by road each way. Shoppers paradise with all the malls around Bukit Bintang and KLCC , all connected by covered walkways.
