Great location, just around the corner from the medina. We had a brilliant room, spacious, warm, and fine view of Fes. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. The breakfasts were wonderful and the trip they organised was perfect on a cold day. Cannot recommend it enough.

The staff are amazing. Mustafa and Said do everything to help you down to the smallest detail. The accommodation is comfortable and clean. Dinner at the riad was good as well. I recommend Riad Jeanne for anyone wanting a genuine local experience.

Staying at Riad Jnane Fes Medina & Luxury Palace was one of the highlights of my trip to fez. The riad itself is stunning , a perfect blend of traditional Moroccan charm and modern comfort. But what made the stay truly special was the staff. Kenza welcomed us with the warmest smile and made me feel at home immediatly. Mostapha was equally wonderful --always attentive , and ready to help with anything i needed ,from directions to recommandations. Thanks to them, my time in fez felt effortless and memorable. Highly recommend this riad to anyone visiting the city.

Our stay at Riad Serendipity was simply wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. Sebastian, Nazha, and Selma were incredibly kind and welcoming — their hospitality made all the difference. The breakfast was delicious, fresh, and full of local flavors. A special thanks to Nazha Selma and Sebastian who took such great care of us and made every moment special. The riad has such a warm, familiar atmosphere, and the price–value ratio is excellent. I stayed at the Palais Faraj just for one night and it gives me unforgettable emotions. The hotel has the best panoramic view in Fes. The restaurant on the rooftop offers different types of Cuisine: Moroccan and European. Both of them are amazing there. This is important part of my experience(!!): Unfortunately, after check out on the way to Marrakech I realized that I forgot my sweater at the hotel room. And thanks a lot for Manager Maryem. She did impossible really! She delivered me my sweater from Fes to Marrakech during 24 hours (!!!). I travel a lot, but I’m amazed by this type of service. She was so kind to me and helpful. We kept in touch until I got my sweater with me. This was priceless. I’m so glad for her attitude to me. Maryem, if you are reading this, thank you so much. I definitely highly recommend this hotel.

Step inside to a beautiful decorated reception area. Fabulous breakfast, full menu to select from the previous night, freshly squeezed juice & fantastic presentation. We had breakfast in the tranquil garden next to the pool. All staff extremely helpful, especially Zara’s & Nassima who were always on hand to sort out any issues. We had laundry done which we dropped off in the morning & it was returned that evening, all pressed & packaged. A wonderful stay, highly recommend

I thought it is a bit far away to go to old town, but it was just 10 min by taxi and price was just 30 MAD. All staff is so kindly and very good customer service. Room is clean and there was a bathtub. I felt the location is safely than old town. So it didn’t need worry about walking around at the night time. Also we ate a dinner in front of the pool. Food was nice and staff was so friendly. We spent a great time. Thank you very much!!

Fantastic historic house. Lots of space, big rooms. Fabulous courtyard with a pool. Roof terrace with a view over medina. The house is cool even without A/C. Still - bear in mind that it was built 700 years ago so there are always bits and pieces that need repairs.

The most amazing city.

The most amazing city. Have been a number of times, and love the fact that I’m still finding places that I haven’t seen before. Especially loved the local markets, seeing the production of the embroidery that embellishes the beautiful clothes, and the sensory overload of the smells, sights, sounds and overall vibe. Can’t wait to be back.

Fes is a ghastly tourist trap.

Fes is a ghastly tourist trap. Two nights will be plenty if you must go but if you skip it then the sky will not fall.Meknes and Sale( near Rabat) would be less touristed esp. Sale` .I could have spent more time walking in the Atlas mountains. The chance of becoming over saturated with all Moorish markets , tiled palaces and ancient Madrassas is high in Urban Morocco. Get off the beaten path !! Fes is also very HOT. Don't go in the April to October period. Book a half day guided walking tour of the old city and then get out!
