We were there at the perfect time. From 2-6 January 2025, we were lucky because there was enough guests to experience the full menu. Not so lucky the last 2 days, but the excellent staff was able to get almost anything that was not displayed the last 2 days. I always hate to name names, because invariably I forget someone, but gold stars go to Mehdi, Jihane, Karim, Jihad, Fatima Zara (+the women that she recommend for my hammam and my sister’s massage) , and Lubiana sp?? Who was in charge of the floors housekeeping & room service. Sorry for all those names that I didnt mention because the whole team was awesome. I want to stay at least 20 days next time.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment, everything exceeded my expectations. It’s a very new and modern apartment, spotlessly clean with fresh sheets, and everything works perfectly. The building has an elevator, which was very convenient, and the apartment itself offers a lovely view that adds to the calm atmosphere.
It’s located in a quiet area with safe parking, making it perfect for a relaxing stay. The host was extremely helpful, responsive, and kind. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay again!

This is amazing family owned hotel. I enjoyed every single moment staying there. The hospitality of the owner, food, great and very clean rooms. Great price and quality. I would strongly recommend everyone to stay there & hope I will get back there again, soon…

Very professional, and courteous staff.
Very professional, and courteous staff. They serve from the heart. I will not share what their wages are, but tipping is not against the rules. Unfortunately, they will never tell you what an adequate tip is, but they give service purely from the heart and I am sure if you tip from your heart, you will find even better than great service is possible.

There was a problem getting in and I had to wait for about...
There was a problem getting in and I had to wait for about two hours and the address did not match the description and the pool was out of order even though the offer included a Messiah and I had rented for the pool and asked him to cancel the reservation because there was no pool But he refused and I could not communicate with Booking because there is no international connection on my mobile. I ask you to clarify this in the description and compensate me for the fraud that occurred.
