The staff was incredibly lovely and helpful everyone literally from the housekeeper, the waiter, the drivers etc every single person. The breakfast was great The hotel was very well decorated and beautiful: traditional with a little twist of modernity so it is very authentic (compared to the other Tikida that is purely modern and lacks authenticity) Room is great Complimentary water everyday (very appreciated given the super hot weather)

The hotel is in a residential area not very close to the beach but close to the souk which suited my needs perfectly. We booked a suite which was large and even better than we expected. The hotel is kept extremely clean by the friendly cleaning ladies who made sure we had plenty clean towels and toiletries. On arrival we received a very warm welcome from Driss the gentleman at reception everyday. Driss couldnt have done more for us answering all the questions we had about the area, the hotel, changing money, booked us taxies, booked a hammam for my son. We would like to express a big thank you to Driss for always being cheerful and at our service which made our time at the hotel extra special. I will be back to this hotel any time I’m in Agadir.

We have spent six nights in Hyatt Regency Taghazout, and it felt like six nights in heaven. From the very first moment, we were welcomed with warm smiles and extremely polite and friendly words. In the whole stay we only experienced positive, obliging and helpful staff members. From the hotel we could reach the surrounding villages without problem. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and definitely has the well known Hyatt standards. The rooms are sparkling clean and very spacious, the beach and pools and inviting, the fitness rooms are inviting and last but not least the breakfast is AMAZING! We left the place relaxed and happy, and the vacation was a blast. I absolutely recommend and will definitely choose Hyatt Regency if back in the area.

The View Agadir is an amazing hotel!! I really wanted a beautiful resort but with good service and good quality amenities as it was a milestone birthday for my partner and the hotel delivered 100% on everything. I love the breakfast spread and the bonus is that all the servers and chefs are so cheerful when prepping the food and offering the options to you. All the staff were super helpful and very accommodating even for last minute requests. For me, I had pre-informed the hotel of my partner's birthday and they went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make it extra special. They prepared snacks on the house on day 1 for us. On his actual birthday, they decorated the room nicely, and even gave us a very nice looking and tasty cake with everyone saying happy birthday to the birthday boy! it was such a fantastic surprise even to me! I truly appreciate how caring they were and most of which was by their own discretion which relieved me from a lot of pressure and stress. I am already planning my next relaxation trip to definitely include the hotel/resort! it is worth every penny!

Title: A Memorable Stay at Argana Hotel, Agadir My stay at Argana Hotel in Agadir was nothing short of wonderful, starting with the seamless reservation process through Booking. Mariam at the reception deserves a special mention – her kindness and friendliness made a significant difference. She not only made our stay pleasant but also surprised us with a complimentary breakfast, which was a delightful touch. The rooms, with their pool view, provided a serene atmosphere, and watching the sunset from the balcony was a highlight. However, it's worth mentioning that the bathroom fan was a bit loud, and attention is needed to fix the shower area tiles to prevent water leakage. On a brighter note, the spa at Argana Hotel is a hidden gem. Highly recommended for a relaxing experience, the staff there are not only nice but also professional. The breakfast spread was a delightful mix of everything, catering to various tastes. The pool, always clean and accompanied by daily entertainment, added an extra layer of enjoyment to our stay. In conclusion, despite minor bathroom issues, Argana Hotel stands out for its exceptional service, beautiful rooms, great spa, and a breakfast that hits all the right notes. The property is perfectly located with easy access to the beach/marina, lots of restaurants and shopping. Very safe and convenient for a family with young children. First of all we were located in the room above hotels night Club. Loud music until 2am.. Asked reception if there's a chance or room change - we were offered room on the other side which was amazing and got good night sleep for the rest or our stay.

Great half-term family break in Agadir

Great half-term family break in Agadir We stayed here for a half-term getaway and it was a lovely experience overall. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and my daughter absolutely loved the pool — perfect for kids. The weather at the end of October was amazing, such a nice escape from the UK rain. Location: ~10 min walk to the beach, 7–8 min to McDonald's, 10 min to other restaurants, and about 30 min to the big Souk. Taxi rides are cheap (~€3). Cable car and Kasbah are around 6–10 min away. Activities: Cable car & Kasbah: Beautiful view but quite pricey (we paid €36 for 3). Not much to see at the top besides camels and souvenir stalls — nice but not essential. Crocodile Park: We really enjoyed this — well arranged, many crocodiles, small monkeys, iguanas and a little zip-line area for kids. Lovely café with great service. Around €60 for 3 including transport — worth visiting once with children. Also visited goats in trees, argan factory and the Souk — interesting local experiences. Tips: Locals are friendly but can be a bit persistent in tourist spots (photos with animals, selling souvenirs). Food is cheaper than in Europe. You will also see people asking for food — we gave to a few. Conclusion: Agadir is great for families who want sun, beach and a relaxing hotel stay with kids. A mix of beautiful moments and a bit overwhelming at times, but overall we had a lovely holiday and my daughter had the best time.

Booking.com 's representation of where this apartment is is...

Booking.com 's representation of where this apartment is is totally inaccurate.They show it as being in the middle of Taghazout. It is not, it is miles from anywhere. £8 in a taxi to get into Taghazout, no real restaurants or shops near by. Contacted the apartment agents but the lady was so rude and unhelpful. We ended up having to move to Agadir and having to spend extra money on a hotel. Totally disappointed in booking .com. Looking for some kind of compensation as we are £300 out of pocket because we had to book a hotel as we could not spend 9 days in the middle of nowhere.Totally misled by booking.com's picture of the location of the apartment.

There's an authenticity here that’s increasingly rare. After visiting many many countries, I can honestly say Imsouane is one of those few places I carry in my heart long after leaving. I will definitely be back!!

There are some great surf spots within a short drive and...

There are some great surf spots within a short drive and good value restaurants. Beyond this, there is not much to do. The neighboured seems safe though is a little dirty. There are some very friendly locals though it feels like most just want to make money out of you rather than have a genuine interaction. There are also unofficial 'parking attendants' everywhere who force you to pay to park in free parking areas.

Of course! Here's the revised version including breakfast: --- **Great Surf Camp!** Ecobaysurfcamp was an awesome experience. The instructors were friendly and professional, making it easy to learn and improve. The location offers beautiful waves suitable for all levels, and the relaxed atmosphere made the stay very enjoyable. Breakfast each morning was delicious and energizing, perfect for starting the day’s surf. Highly recommend for a fun and memorable surf adventure!

Riad was authentic Moroccan style. Loved being there. Ocean was close by - about 7 minutes walk - and we loved being on the beach and hearing the sound of the waves. Guided hiking was great and we enjoyed bartering in the souk in Agadir. We visited a women's collective on our way to the anti Atlas with great organic oils and an educational tour of the gardens. That was fabulous - no pushy selling. We ate mainly in the hotel but there were many good places to eat inexpensively near by. Getting around was easy - taxi for us. We liked walking in the village for an authentic sense of Moroccan life for ordinary people.

Imi ouaddar isn’t a true representation of what I think...

Imi ouaddar isn’t a true representation of what I think Morocco is like. It’s soulless, lacks charm and I would recommend visiting somewhere else if asked. It’s a massively rushed developed area without any thought or interest in what I would say in its truest self, the real Morocco.

Lots of activities and experiences to do, we didn’t manage to fit everything in in a week! Our highlight was the 4x4 jeep safari - incredible. The sun isn’t guaranteed at the beach as it’s often misty in the mornings but we were in October. Very easy to get around with local taxis and the Moroccan people were so helpful and accommodating.

Lovely resort with great surf.

Lovely resort with great surf. Old fishing town which meant there was some noise in the morning. Nice restaurants and stalls and 3 different beaches walkable from centre. Not sure if we were unlucky but there was noise/music in early hours a couple of nights.

Lots of building works.

Lots of building works. In 5 - 10 years this place will be like the Bali of Morrocco. Some really nice chilled cafes and restaurants, some attached to hotels. Great views from the cliff tops so you can watch the surfing. Good vegetarian food, smoothies and drinks. Loved Imi Surf house for meals.
