The property is very new and clean, the facilities are very convenient, they kitchenette area includes everything you might need for a longer term stay, even a dishwasher, the bathroom is equipped with washer and dryer and even some detergent is provided. The staff is super nice and friendly. We even got a free upgrade for our reservation which added a special touch to our stay.

The young lad, I think he was the nephew, was super helpful. Very chatty in English and keen to help. There was safe motorcycle parking. I deiced to stay a second night. Good restaurants near by. Quiet room. Overall a positive stay.

It's not exactly a sight seeing city, more for business (Oil...

It's not exactly a sight seeing city, more for business (Oil and Gas) which was the aim of my visit. Food is good! English is not widely spoken so best to know some Russian or Kazakh or have a local friend/ partner, but you can get by mostly. Download InDriver app to get good rates on taxis, or Yandex or Uber! Be careful the mosquitos they are not normal, you will find out near the river!
