It’s a lovely family-run hotel. There are 2 different structures, one is the hotel/restaurant and bar. The other one includes some rooms, restaurant were we had breakfast and a relaxing wellness center including 2 saunas and a Jacuzzi, relaxing rooms and herbal tea section. The spa was open from 15 to 20 and free of charge. we were lucky since there were always only a few couples there. We were given a small apartment near these structures that was part of the hotel, definitely worth the price. Some comments said that having more than one structure was a negative point but we actually found it a positive one. The room was clean with a beautiful mountain view. The hotel is in a nice position near several attractions. The food was great too. With 15 euros per person we had a full menu of dinner (drinks excluded) , which was absolutely worth the price. The family treated us like a guest at their home not at the hotel. They were super family-friendly too. The staff were always smiling and available to help us with information and our requests. Overall the experience was fantastic and we will go back for sure and recommend it to friends.

Everything 🥰 the room was so lovely, comfortable bed and pillows, awesome shower! Woke up to a stunning view. The breakfast was one of the best we've ever had, such a variety of everything and all tasting so good. The staff were very friendly and helpful.     This hotel is one of the very best - among many - that we ever visited in Italy, within our budget. Everything is so nice. Pool area with many places to sit, whether you are for the sun or shadow. Pool was never cold. Outdoor spa was nice. View from the pool perfect, with mountains as well as the lake. Surroundings have 3-4 other hotels, restaurants and very nice beach area within few hundred meters. Supermarket and nice city with shops and more restaurants within one kilometer. You're never alone, but yet very quite area. Excellent breakfast and friendly staff. A place to come back.

    An amazing venue. Brilliantly run by superb young people with excellent social skills, wonderfully warm welcome and great food and drink.     We loved the indoor swimming pool and all the wellness facilities. Also breakfast was good. Lovely setting in the park and the proximity of the lake. Many opportunities for trips in the region. The trolley for the baggage is very useful - we do not see it in many hotels.

    The walk along the lake is lovely.

    The walk along the lake is lovely. The town has many cafes and a number of restaurants. Driving up the mountain behind the town gives spectacular views. Larger towns, such as Trento, are not far away.

    Nice place for vacation.

    Nice place for vacation. Clear water in the lake, nice beach with facilities (parking, shower, benches), lot of grass and natural shadow. Moderate prices. Very kind people everywhere (hotel, coffee bar, gas station..)

    The town was quite small and seemed almost abandoned in the evening, which might be related to us visiting out of season and over Easter holidays. There are several big hotels directly on the lake, but we have stayed higher in the hills in an apartment. The main mean of transport would be a car, as many of the minor streets lack sidewalks. The lake promenade is very pretty and well organised and clean, it was a lovely walk. We didn't dine out much, but Bandus was a bit of a disaster, very overpriced with mediocre food and drinks. We also didnt feel particularly welcome. La Taverna on the lake was nice and tasty and we have really enjoyed Al Pescatore close to the orher, larger lake.

    Lakes and hills are nice and calm.

    Lakes and hills are nice and calm. I enjoyed cycling around the area. Village center is clean and there are many small shops to enjoy. Terme requires GREENPSS thing. I couldn't therefore enjoyed it. I would like to try it when limitations are lifted.
