- From $133.99 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.3Very Good - What previous guests thought, 1,305 reviewsI recently stayed at this hotel during my business trip and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The hotel staff was incredibly attentive and accommodating to my needs, ensuring that my stay was as comfortable and hassle-free as possible. We had a few problems with dates of stay but the hotel manager and all the staff helped us to resolve this issue ASAP. Thank you. The room I was provided with was spacious, clean, and comfortable, equipped with all the necessary amenities such as a comfortable bed, a large flat-screen TV, and high-speed internet. The hotel’s location was ideal, allowing me to easily access all the places I needed to be for my business meetings. The breakfast at the hotel’s restaurant was also amazing, with a wide variety of delicious dishes to choose from. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay. I will definitely be coming back here the next time I am on a business trip.Guest review byMarioCroatia
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.4Very Good - What previous guests thought, 302 reviewsI was so pleasantly surprised with this place! I wasn't sure I would enjoy camping, but I definitely did! It's truly the perfect place for kids. A huge pool with slides and activities, a playground, and a pizza bar right around the corner. The beach is a short walk away and everyone has their own beach umbrellas. The mobile home with the 3 bunk bed room was such a fun experience for my 3 kids. We asked to stay longer because we were all having such a nice, relaxing time. Will definitely come back next year!Guest review byNatalieUnited States

Udine is very beautiful and I wish I'd been there on a day other than Monday, when most things are closed. If Udine wants to cater for more tourists they should seriously consider whether it's possible to have some of the main attractions open every day.Guest review byTimothyUnited Kingdom - 10.0
Lignano has all you need for a comfy vacation.
Lignano has all you need for a comfy vacation. Lovely beaches, a lot of nature, great shopping, excellent choice of restaurants and food establishments. Be aware that at the end of September many places in Lignano Pineta start to close so you need to travel to other parts of Lignano for shopping / eating out but parking is easy so not a big deal. I enjoyed walking around the town with very little auto and human traffic around :).Guest review byKristynaCzech Republic - 8.0

Our trip was in summer. As a town/area Tarvisio wasn't as quite as nice (in summer) as other places we stayed out in nearby Slovenia, but it was fine. I imagine the location would be perfect for ski-season.Guest review bySteve - 10.0

A beautiful town with a wonderful atmosphere, in an excellent location close to both the sea and the mountains. Free parking near the center, several shops with local food, and a few caffeterias and gelaterias. An ideal place for a vacation.Guest review byKarelCzech Republic - 10.0

Amazing little town full of character, history to see and good food! Nestled in the mountain range this town is a hub close to many other amazing small towns in the area. Known for their amazing prosciutto and Fruilano wine, this is a sure spot to visit for an easy stay. Bagatto prosciutto offered a great little tour, answering many questions, and had an amazing sampling of meat following. The tiramisu was also great! The person in the info/tourist office was very helpful and gave us lots of different sites to see. All were free to visit (church, old house, etc). Unfortunately not everything was open. Easy to park the car and walk around for the day! We happened upon a bike race that filled the town with energy and bikers looping through the main streets and hills.Guest review byMicheleCanada - 10.0

A great immersion in a rinascimento fortress, the state of preservation is astonishing. It's the "only" thing to see, but a walk around the fortress can last a solid couple of hours, and you can walk back and forth the different defensive structure to try to understand their specific role in the city defense! I recommend a stay at the Hotel Ai Doggi, as per eating Al Gambero was a super friendly place!Guest review byFrantzLuxembourg - 8.0
The eastern hills of Friuli would be an apt translation for...
The eastern hills of Friuli would be an apt translation for Friuli Colli Orientali, a famed Italian wine region. Indeed, these are impressive wine hills. The exceptional flysch geology renders Friuli Colli Oriental one of the preeminent wine regions in Italy. Buttrio is considered the symbolic heart of this southern region, where the breezy, mild effects of the Adriatic create an exceptional microclimate ideal for winemaking. Buttrio is otherwise famed as the headquarters of the global corporation Danieli Group, a global leader in providing equipment for the metallurgical industry. The hundred-year-old company, situated across from the hotel, is responsible for the project. Although the hotel’s location may not be spectacular per se, a stone’s throw away from the humming motorway to Udine, the architects used the space elegantly, turning a potential weakness into a competitive advantage. Once you set foot in the hotel, you will find yourself in a parallel world that pays homage to the area’s rich history. By the end of your stay, you will be positively impressed by the location. It is ideal for exploring the region’s secrets, as everything is within arm’s reach. Even though we thought the company’s vicinity was the reason behind the choice at first, we realised the architects had made a clever decision.Guest review byGorazdSlovenia - 10.0

Gemona del Friuli is a gem between the mountains and the river Tagliamento. It's a great location for lovers of hiking, biking, paragliding and other sports. I spend time in Gemona every time I come back to Italy. It's one of my favorite spots in the Alps. The people are friendly and happy.Guest review byNicolaUnited Kingdom - 10.0
Udine is a perfect small City for English-speaking Tourists.
Udine is a perfect small City for English-speaking Tourists. Many Shop/Restaurant/Gallery Staff speak at least some English. And Udine is a safe city. Restaurant and Cafe Owners evidently do not feel the necessity to lock up their Outdoor Tables and Chairs (unlike in many other Cities). I was informed by a local Physiotherapist that crime is not significant in Udine, and I believe it. I felt safe walking the City at night. Defying the horror stories that one hears/reads about Pickpockets in Rome/Venice/Florence and other major Italian Destinations, there is no evidence of pickpocketing in Udine. Most likely, that is because Tourists visiting Udine are nearly all Italians from other parts of Italy! Furthermore, the architecture in the Old City is a treat. So are the Tiepolo Gallery and the Modern Art Gallery (Casa Cavazzini)Guest review byKirkpatrick - 10.0
