Tea and small refrigerator in the room, koffie and cooking stuff in the common kitchen. Very easy to warm up your meal and to eat outside on the terrase. But the moest extraordinary is the personal hospitality of Valentina and Giuseppe !!! Grateful to meet those very interesting, talented and warm people.

BelgiumThe accommodation is adorable, private and friendly. There are 2 bedrooms in 2 separate rooms, 1 kitchen, 1 toilet and all the equipments. I asked for 2 extra blankets and host gave us right in the next day. Our plan is to stay 1 night but we decided to spend 2 nights here cause everything is so lovely and relaxing.

Were there off-season: very few people, many places closed, lots of free parking space everywhere! Rather complicated access to the beaches. Beware of leaving bikes, even if locked in remote places, the tyres of our bikes had been punctured, probably in preparation to be stolen later at night. The city of Marina di Pisa itself is not so much worth seeing, but the beach is amazing for a suburb of Pisa. The water is so clean and blue, we really enjoyed. There are also very good restaurants in Marina di Pisa and excellent ice cream. I can recommend the restaurant "C'era una volta" which is close to the hotel. Location of the property. You should have a car to roam around if you are staying at this property. Plenty of walking options around the beach. good restaurants near by. Hotel restaurant has limited varieties. morning breakfast is minimal. they charge you 8Euro for omelette which is nonsense to my view. you cannot say breakfast included and add some addons to it to loot people instead of serving better food. Staff need to be trained to serve customers better. if you want to be truly international, you need to come out of that aggressive talking to customer ( may be Italian nature).Guest review byAnonymous - 10.0

Tirrenia is a nice beach city close to Pisa and Livorno.
Tirrenia is a nice beach city close to Pisa and Livorno. The city seems to be more a holiday destination and I guess it is more and more crowdy in summer than in winter. It s close by Livorno ferry harbor which is very convenient place to stay if you have an early boarding (15 minutes) .
