Wonderful, spacious apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a huge terrace with a sea-view and all the necessary amenities. Very clean. Quiet neighborhood with lovely small beaches within a walking distance. Close to Ostuni and other beautiful attractions of the region. Great contact with the owners. We had a fantastic stay!

A terrific hotel in Ostuni - excellent room with comfortable bed, good shower. The breakfast room is stunning with delicious breakfast. The lobby is bright and attractive with a bar and a patio outside. The restaurant was good and even used the room service- everyone was so helpful and friendly. They cannot use the roof for safety reasons which is a shame but quite understandable. Had read some mixed reviews and was quite anxious about the spa - but no idea why what people were expecting There is a charge but you can spend an hour and it was super clean with sauna, steam room and shower for myself. Booked and enjoyed a very good massage. Easy 10 min walk into town

Matteo and Maria are lovely people. Genuine, warm, caring, friendly, and very accommodating. Place is in a private gated community about 200 metres to a nice beach with sun loungers. It is located about 15 minutes drive to Ostuni. Ideal for couples.

Booking.com needs to give some assurance that the description of accommodation is true and accurate.. this ‘ Two Bedroom Villa’ with garden view was indeed a one room basement of a Villa.So misleading and overpriced for one dark room.

Amazing place with a magical patio and garden.
Amazing place with a magical patio and garden. Everything, inside and outside the villa was flawless, also a fantastic manager Filippo who made sure we had a wonderful stay. Absolutely worth seeing both as a couple, family, friends, or business relaxation/ inspiration trip. There is also a lovely play ground if you travel with kids. Thank you Rosa Marina, thank you Filippo!
