    The hotel is first class. The staff are homely and friendly with attention to detail. The pool and spa area is clean and spacious. The food served is michelin 5 plus stars. The breakfast has a very wide choice and the rooms spacious. Close to the lift(30m) and busses if needed. In town centre for access to all shopping. First time staying there, and would love to return.

    We stayed in appartment with sauna and it was one of the best appartments in which we stayed ever. Appartment has sauna, jakuzzi, large terrace with cosy beds and amazing view to the valley! The hotel is clean, highly proffesional and very kind staff, breakfast was very rich and colorful. The hotel fireplace room was very cosy with beautiful view to Livigno.

    Location of the hotel, the view on the valley, size and interior of the rooms and the spa were all superb. I was surprised to know the hotel rating is 3* because in my opinion it is a solid 4* at least. The staff went beyond their way to make us enjoy our stay, were super attentive and hospitable.     It's not the cheapest town in the area, and not every place has the same high standards. Lots of Olympic construction going on, both in town and all around, so watch out for delays and possible noise. But you'll get over that once you smell the air and see the views.     There is a lot to do in Merano, rain or shine. Of course, there are the local & famous walkways, the mountain hikes, bike trails, and the Dolomites are nearby. On rainy days, there are castles, the Terme spa/pools. Overall, it's a very nice town with a lot to do.

    This is further to my previous review on Garni Rives. I gave the hotel a review that reflects my honest opinion, mainly about the manager/host of the hotel. Obviously my review was not received with warmth from the hotel manager. He messaged me immediately via Whatsapp and blamed me being not polite to him, I have no idea where does this come from. I believe he has broken the golden rule of being in me the hospitality industry, if he cannot accept honest reviews, how can he improve to thrive on? The hotel itself is OK and the only problem I have is the steep climb (not the hotel's fault) and mainly the manager's manner.

    Tirano is a small town which has everything, largely because of its location and the Religious tourism generated by the shrine and cult of Our Lady of Tirano. An excellent base to explore the area with frequent rail connections to Switzerland and Italy. Plenty of places to eat well and inexpensively.

    There's so much to do in the area. we went summer skiing at...

    There's so much to do in the area. we went summer skiing at the glacier (Stelvio), which was ok (lots of long lines for the button lifts because of the hundreds of ski club teams). But the nearby QC Terme Bagni Vecchi was amazing. Would like to have stayed longer for hiking and mountain biking. Very nice little town and beautfil surroundings.

    The town had everything we wanted in terms of services and places to visit were all in close proximity of one another. We ate at the hotel on the main street as well as a pizzeria a few doors down from our place. The pizza was the best there. We enjoyed the hikes and mountain biking and shopping in town.

    Nice and clean apartment. Even we only had contact with the host via the chat, the host was very helpful though. The location of apartment was perfect. It's located in the city center. We love the view outside the living room. Parking was 15 euro per night, it's very nearby apartment. We had a lovely stay at Casa Fellin.
